How to find the best exterior painters Langley has to offer?
Ever drive around, looking at other people’s amazing paint jobs, and wonder how they found the best exterior painters Langley has to offer? Do you wonder if it came down to luck of the draw, or was there some sort of formula that led them to the best of the best?
In our opinion, the trick to finding the best painter for your job is to find an experienced and proven local painting team who is dedicated to creating the outcome you want to achieve.
So how do you find them?
Nothing beats word of mouth!
Anyone who owns a business will know that you can’t put a price on word-of-mouth advertising. By getting referrals from family, friends, or colleagues who have had previous success with a certain company, you feel confident in their proven services. But what if you don’t know anyone who’s used an experienced painter of late (or maybe they have but don’t want to recommend them).
This is where testimonials come in handy! Any good business will have their testimonials splashed all over the internet for you to find – because it is the next best thing to getting those in-person word-of-mouth referrals. So when you’re searching for a painter, go straight to their website, look for their testimonials page and read up on as many as it takes for you to get a good feel for what they’d be like as your painter! says Interior Painters Surrey
But – don’t stop there! We all know that social media is king these days, so again, like any good business, they should have a decent following on social media, with reviews from real customers! says Eddy of Mississauga Painting Contractors
Experienced and proven in their field
So you’ve read the testimonials and the reviews, and it’s all looking pretty good right now. But what’s next? Is that enough for you to work out who the best exterior painter Langley has to offer is? Well, we believe you should look a little further before making your final decision.
Get a feel for how experienced they are. Head back to their website and read up a bit of information about them. If there isn’t much information to be found, this could answer your question as to whether they’re a smaller start-up business trying to impress you but don’t have the history of the business to back them up. Conversely, if they’re established and successful at what they do, you should find more than enough information to answer all those questions in your head!
Look for information about the business that is specific to their field of work – for example, are the members of industry groups/organizations? Are they able to offer you any sort of guarantee? Do they have any specific accreditations to back up what they’re saying? All of this information, and more, should be readily available to you – if it isn’t, you need to ask yourself why!
Dedication to exceeding your satisfaction
For any work you get done, in any trade space, it’s important to know where your trade company stands on satisfaction guarantees. Speak to your chosen painter about what they are willing to do to get the job done to your level of satisfaction.
Of course, this will mean that you’ll need to be clear and concise about what you want the end product to look like, and they’ll need to be able to confirm that they can meet or exceed those expectations. At Painters Langley, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, so we always offer 100% satisfaction to all our clients.
To back our guarantee, we always invite our clients to inspect the completed job with us so that we can identify any areas that may need more attention to ensure your satisfaction is met.
